Learn a fun, flirty and funky dance routine designed by our popular Burlesque Choreographer designed to bring the sexy back into fitness.  Routines are broken down step by step, making it easy for anyone who has never danced before to pick up the steps.

The class finishes with half an hour's stretch to improve flexibility and ensure that you build sleek (rather than bulky!) muscle from the class.

Classes are suitable for all ages (our youngest student is 18, our oldest is 69!), sizes and levels of fitness and are taught in bare feet and comfortable clothing.

The next term of Burlesque Fit Classes begin on 11th May 2010.

Block bookings of 4 weeks are £20 (that's £5 per class).  Min 20 per class, so ensure you book today to enable class to run.
